Spring Update 2025: Our latest round of grants are announced

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, we are delighted to announce that we have awarded over £80k to 17 charities across the UK this Spring. These grants will fund vital projects that support young people, families, and communities nationwide.


Join us in celebrating the following charities, and stay tuned as we share more about their inspiring initiatives over the coming months:


Read for Good - A repeat beneficiary, this charity brings the joy of reading to children in hospitals and schools. A £8,000 grant will fund 109 hours of storytelling and 327 carefully selected books to inspire young readers.


Loud n Proud - This Scottish charity provides young people with opportunities in music and media. A £7,372 grant will purchase camera equipment to run workshops teaching young people how to direct, shoot, and edit music videos.


The Real Junk Food Project CIC - Based in Brighton, this organisation tackles food waste and food poverty. A £10,972 grant will fund:

  • mASCot Mondays - a training session at the Fitzherbert Community Hub café for young people.

  • After School Cookery Club - a partnership with Voices of Exile and Brighton Table Tennis Club to teach essential cooking skills.


Wilmslow Youth - Supporting the mental health of young people, this Cheshire-based charity received a £4,680 grant to fund a part-time BACP-registered counsellor, offering six one-hour counselling sessions per week during the academic year.


The Rock Currock Youth Project - A £3,370 grant will fund portable floodlights for their outdoor area, allowing young people to continue activities in the winter months.


SNAP - Supporting families with children who have additional needs, this Essex-based charity received £8,000 to provide 80 family counselling sessions to parents struggling with the extra level of care required.


Glasgow Care Foundation - Helping families in poverty, this foundation received a £7,500 grant to provide essential household goods to 25 families, with up to £300 per household in support.


Medequip4Kids - A £1,102 grant will provide learning and play resources to support 1-2-1 and group therapies at a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services centre.


Grace Enterprises - A social enterprise supporting people facing barriers to employment. A £7,964 grant will provide mentoring support for new employees, helping them stay in work and overcome personal challenges.


Brighton Table Tennis Club - A repeat beneficiary, this club uses sport to transform lives. A £6,000 grant will help develop young players with Paralympic potential, offering free training sessions.


Think18 CIO - Supporting young adults with learning disabilities, this charity received a £7,993 grant to fund Saturday Active, a weekly 2-hour club providing sports, arts, and communication sessions for 25-30 young people.


Springboard Opportunity Group - A £4,864 grant will fund specialist early years practitioners to provide enhanced developmental support for children at their South-West and Clevedon centres.


Adur Special Needs Project - This charity runs play schemes for children with disabilities. A £7,500 grant will fund these inclusive play sessions for children from disadvantaged backgrounds in Shoreham and Adur.


Diversify Education and Communities CIC - A £5,500 grant will support Dads & Lads, a year-long program providing a safe space for men and boys to discuss mental health, stigma, and emotions.


The Quiet Mind - Providing accessible mental health support, this charity received a £5,000 grant to fully fund 100 counselling sessions, ensuring support for those who cannot afford therapy.


Whoopsadaisy Brighton - Supporting young people with disabilities, a £8,000 grant will fund youth sessions for 12-19-year-olds, equipping them with life skills, confidence, and employment opportunities.


Interim - Empowering adults, young people, and children through psychotherapy, offering free and affordable sessions to ensure accessibility. A £1,800 grant will fund 30 psychotherapy sessions for families, benefiting five families who are struggling to access mental health support. With waiting lists for services at breaking point, this project provides crucial free therapy to those in urgent need.
