Charlotte, our Community Fundraiser, supports Sussex schools in connecting and collaborating with our incredible charity partners – empowering young people to make a positive impact within their local communities.

With charity sector experience across both Australia and the UK, Charlotte is passionate about community engagement, meaningful connections, and bringing people together around causes that matter.

Justin brings over 25 years of experience in design and creative collaboration to his role as Corporate Development Manager. He is passionate about creating lasting opportunities for grassroots charities.

Claire has an extensive background in Client Management, gained working with clients across the financial, digital marketing and data management sectors. She first joined Focus Foundation as a volunteer and was deeply inspired by seeing up close the incredible work being done by the charities we support.

Alixzandra has over five years of experience as a full-stack marketer and graphic designer, and is passionate about using her creativity to support the meaningful causes Focus Foundation champions, helping them to amplify their impact.

One of Alixzandra’s favourite parts of her role is meeting the people behind the charities, hearing their stories, and seeing first hand the lasting difference they make within their local communities.

Heidi brings extensive experience across the charity sector, with a background in recruitment, consultancy, healthcare, and community engagement. Her long-standing volunteer work with neonatal charities and the NHS has strengthened her passion for community-led change.

At Focus Foundation, Heidi supports charities throughout the grant process and helps build meaningful relationships with organisations creating lasting impact within their communities.

Mandi brings a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for helping organisations grow and succeed. Drawn to the charity sector by a desire to create meaningful impact, she works closely with grassroots charities to help them access the support and funding they need to thrive.

Katie has played a key role in the growth of Focus Foundation over the past few years, beginning as an Ambassador before progressing into fundraising, relationship management, and now CEO.

Having seen firsthand the impact the Foundation has had on communities across the UK, Katie is passionate about helping grassroots charities thrive and leading the Foundation into its next chapter of growth and impact.

Lloyd brings a decade of experience in financial leadership and a steadfast commitment to ethical guidance to our Board of Trustees. A respected advisor and strategist, he has helped organisations navigate complex financial landscapes while prioritising integrity and community impact. His appointment reflects our mission to ensure the Foundation’s long-term sustainability and expand our support for the individuals and communities we serve.

Emma is a passionate fundraiser who has dedicated much of her spare time supporting local charities. She brings a mixture of commercial experience, events management and training skills from her previous career with Virgin Atlantic.

David brings extensive experience in events, marketing, and fundraising, having spent over 15 years helping charities strengthen their profile and grow their income generation strategies.

Passionate about community impact, David has led a range of large-scale fundraising events supporting both local and national charities.

As Co-Founder of Focus Foundation, Elaine has played a key role in shaping the Foundation’s vision and community impact. During her time leading the Charity & Community team at Focus Group, she helped drive fundraising, partnerships, and community initiatives that continue to support grassroots charities across the UK.

With a BA in Business & Event Management and more than 10 years of experience in training and development, Elaine brings both passion and practical expertise to helping communities and charities thrive.

As Co-Founder of Focus Group and Focus Foundation, Chris has been instrumental in driving positive community change. During his time at Focus Group, he has championed a number of initiatives focused on employee wellbeing, environmental impact, and community fundraising.

Chris is particularly passionate about removing the stigma surrounding mental health in the workplace and creating meaningful opportunities for grassroots charities and local communities to thrive.

Nicola is committed to supporting charities that have the community, mental health and young people at the heart of what they do, and is delighted to be working alongside Chris, Elaine and the team to raise awareness and change lives.

Heidi & Richard Skerritt have a long history of supporting charitable causes. Richard’s business, Skerritts Consultants, has raised hundreds of thousands over the last 30 years. Heidi brings with her bags of energy and an eye for adding ‘wow factor’ to any of our fundraising events.

Mabel is curious, creative, and loves cooking, acting, dance, and spending time with Coco, the family dog. She enjoys watching movies with her family and getting lost in the pages of her favourite books,

A passionate young fundraiser, Mabel has supported a variety of charities over the years. As part of “The Sweetians”, she enjoys helping raise money for Focus Foundation and supporting the Foundation’s community events and activities.

Marcie has a passion for chemistry, enjoys singing in choir, taking part in Scouts, gaming, and baking her favourite Cornish pasties.

Alongside her friend Mabel, Marcie helped launch “The Sweetians” – a sweet and bake stall created to raise money for Focus Foundation. Together, they continue to support the Foundation through their growing fundraising efforts and passion for helping others.

Vincent, a lively young football fan, has a big heart and a passion for sport. His love of football has inspired past fundraising challenges, where friends and family have supported him in raising money for Focus Foundation. Vincent is always enthusiastic about getting involved, visiting charities and supporting the Foundation whenever he can.

Ben has a passion for Pokémon and a big heart for helping others.

As a proud Ambassador, Ben values having a voice in helping choose which charities receive funding. Inspired by his own life experiences, he has previously supported cancer charities that reminded him of the care and support his friend received before sadly passing away from cancer.

Anita is widely celebrated not only for her career across stage and screen, but also for her dedication to charitable and community causes. As a Patron of Focus Foundation, she plays an important role in supporting the Foundation’s mission, helping shine a light on the vital work of grassroots charities and community organisations across the UK.

Andrew has dedicated many years to fundraising for causes close to the community he calls home. Andrew brings a wealth of passion for social mobility and particularly promotes the transformative nature of performance across the world, beyond benefiting the local community.
